Good morning to my fabulous 4th graders!
Don't forget our zoom time, 10:00 am. Today we will be talking about Roman Numerals, special places in the southeastern section of our country and your very favorite: Singular and Plural nouns! (Not really your favorite). Please look at your writing prompts and be deciding which one you are going to complete before Thursday. Be ready to video your reading the completed journal. Can't wait to see which two are going to be featured on our blog. See you soon!
Love my 4th graders,
Mrs. Dickens
Praise the Lord! Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.

Good morning 4th graders,
This week's instructions included suggestions for google search. There are a few topics I wanted to make you aware of.
History research: Gateway Arch, St. Louis, MO.
The mayflower, the trailing arbutus
Science: Visit Monterey Bay Aquarium virtual tours, or the San Diego Zoo virtual tour. Just google the titles and follow the links.
Math sites: eSparks and Splash Learn. Students have user names and passwords in "Surviving Online Learning" notebooks.
Reading: Assignments posted on eSparks.
Make sure you have today's materials when we Zoom. Math, History and Grammar sheet.
Love all of you and I am enjoying our time on Zoom.

Hello Fourth Graders,
I enjoyed our classroom zoom session yesterday. We are meeting today and tomorrow at 10:15. Please have your materials with you before you join our meeting. Remember, you are muted when you sign into zoom. I will unmute your mics when necessary. It is very important to remember we are working together. Love and miss you!
Praying for all,
Mrs. Sylvia Dickens

Good afternoon Fourth Grade Parents,
Hope you are having a good Monday. Spent the day sanitizing our room. Please look for an email with instructions for beginning lessons for our class. There will also be a website address with your child's password for lesson plans. Praying for each of you. God is good in all He does.

Dear Fourth Grade Parents,
Please make sure your child is reading their biography book and getting ready for the book report. The Wax Museum is scheduled for Friday, March 20, at 3:30 pm. The event will take place in the gym. The students seem to be excited about this project and I am looking forward to seeing the results of their hard work. Thanks for supporting 4th grade.
