Hello Fourth Grade Parents,

     I need your help.  We have very few items in our "Date Night" basket that will be auctioned off at Fall Festival.  Please help.  If you have any questions about the basket items, please let me know.

     The diorama book reports were amazing.  The children seemed to enjoy the assignment and I am very proud of their work.  Thank you for supporting Fourth graders!!

Quick REMINDERS!!  Fourth Graders need to bring in their white tee-shirts for tye-dyeing.  Please get them in to me as soon as possible. 

I also need to have the forms for the Jamestown Field Trip.  Thanks for all you do!

Insect projects were great.  They will be on display in the hallway very soon.  I am very proud of my students. 

Hello Fourth Graders!  I need your creepy crawly (or flying) insect creations by Tuesday, 10/08.

Fourth Grade Parents:  Please send in the white tee-shirts so we can tye-dye them in time for our trip to Jamestown.  I would like to have the shirts by Friday, 10/11.  Thanks for supporting our class.

Monday, 10/07 until Friday, 10/11, Penny War!  Please help us out!

Fourth Graders are headed to Jamestown!  Parents and students, mark your calendars!  Information is headed home on Monday, 09/30 about the November 13, fieldtrip.  Parents please look over the information and respond.

     Book reports are coming up.  Make plans to complete you diorama.  All worksheets must be completed prior to writing your rough draft.  Final publishing will be allowed once Mrs. Dickens approves the rough draft!

Fourth Grade Fall Basket Theme

"DATE NIGHT"

This basket will house various gift cards and other thems that would allow a couple to have a truly spectacular date night.  Both fourth grade classes will be working on the basket.  WE NEED YOUR HELP.  A note was sent home describing what we need.      Remember , school pictures on Monday, September 16!  Students should wear LCS polo shirts.  Lots of great things happening in 4th grade!  Bible verse:  Genesis 1:26-27 is due on Tuesday, September 10.  Moms and dads, watch for information emailed and placed in orange folders regarding our upcoming Fall Festival!  I need your help.  Thanks for your support.  I am blessed to teach 4th grade!

Fabulous Fourth Grade Parents....Enjoy your three day weekend. We will start our Reading Program on Tuesday, 09/03; You learn to read so you can read to learn.  I will be sending home Scholastic Book Orders on Friday.  Please return the orders, or order online by Friday, September 13.  The more books you order, the more we get for our classroom.  Thanks for your help.  Mrs. Dickens
